Use this scraper to help you achieve flawlessly smooth sides on your cake! The durable stainless steel metal body retains heat better than plastic scrapers, which is an advantage when trying to smooth out air bubbles and imperfections on the final coat of icing. Scrapers can be heated under hot water (make sure to dry off first!), by a food torch, or even a blowdryer! Each scraper is 10 inches in height to accommodate decorating taller layered cakes.
