FAQ's

There is a flat rate shipping cost of $40 TTD on all orders throughout Trinidad and Tobago.

We accept payment on delivery (cash and debit/credit card) , online credit card payments (via WiPay) and online bank transfers.

Online bank transfers require proof of payment in the form of a photo, screenshot or your e-receipt to be sent to us via email (info@sugarcratebakingsupplies.com) within 2 days of ordering. Orders will be canceled if proof of payment is not received within this time frame.

Store Policies

- Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Contact us immediately by emailing info@sugarcratebakingsupplies.com . Send us your order number and we will handle the rest. 

- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

- Due to the nature of our products being concerned with food items we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance.

- If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product contact us immediately by emailing info@sugarcratebakingsupplies.com . Send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. This will help us to  find the root of the problem.

- We will review your situation and offer to replace the product or issue a partial or total refund of the cost of the product/s at our discretion. 

- We do not refund shipping costs.

- Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to deny a refund. 

- Kindly give us up to a 5 business day period to resolve your transaction. 

- Refunds can take 1-5 business days to be available depending on your financial institution.

- All orders are shipped to the delivery address supplied with the submitted order from 1-5 business days.

- We currently only ship orders within Trinidad & Tobago.

- Availability permitting, orders will be dispatched for delivery within the stated time frame. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable (Refer to return and refund policy). We do advise you to check goods upon arrival. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries, or for any other reason. If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately.

Sugarcrate Baking Supplies shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the delivery of goods being delayed or prevented or for any other reason beyond our control including the acts of any third parties. Furthermore, in no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever whether arising from loss of data, loss of profits or loss of revenue in connection with the use of this website.
